- How long will my pendant last?
With the right care? Forever!
Here at Ethereal Amulets quality and sustainability is really important to us. That's why we use only the highest quality materials. This means your pendant will never be made with plated wire and the color does not rub off. It will however tarnish and form a natural patina over time. Once your pendant begins to tarnish, just gently polish with a jewelry cloth. Good as new!
- What can I do to prevent tarnish?
Tarnish is inevitable over time but thankfully it can be removed. To slow down the rate of tarnish avoid wearing in the shower, while working out, and keep your jewelry in an airtight baggie and/or jewelry box when not being worn.
- Can I use a liquid silver polish?
NO! This will remove any purposeful patina that may have been given to your pendant. Don't ever disperse your jewelry in any liquid without doing research on if your particular stone can get wet.
